We have a comprehensive selection of apartments whether 1, 2 or 3-bedroom.  The majority are two bedrooms, each with one bathroom and one shower room, large fridge/freezer, gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, washer dryer.

As a licensed member of the NFOPP (the National Federation of Property Professionals), trained by ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and a member of TPOS (The Property Ombudsman Scheme), we’re regulated by a strict Code of Practice and membership conditions.  All deposits are insured with MyDeposits, one of the government-approved schemes, as per legal requirement, so you have peace of mind that your deposit is safe.

Availability

Occasionally we have properties available during the academic year, but most tenancies start 1st of September.  We start marketing and viewings for the next year early November.  Just contact us if you are interested and we can reply quickly to let you know the status.

Maintenance

Our maintenance team works 9-5 Monday – Friday. We use MyPropertyFile – an online app – for you to register any requests and also for information on dealing with issues out of hours.

All requests or information should initially go through this 24/7 link so that we can keep a track of the repairs and keep you informed more easily.
