Architect
Henely Court has been designed by award winning Eton based designers Lewandowski Architects, who have built a reputation over many years in the Egham area and beyond with their traditional and contemporary schemes which respond sensitively to context. They have recently won several Runnymede and Spelthorne Borough design awards.
These distinctive apartments with their varying floor plans, make skilful use of space and offer good flexibility to suit your particular lifestyle.
Interior Design
In order to give Henley Court its own sense of style, Rachel Cooper interiors devised the decoration scheme for the communal hall, stairs and landing areas. Based in Windsor, Rachel Cooper is the resident House Doctor for times online www.thetimes.co.uk. Advice was sought by the developer on some of the interior fittings, working to a specific brief for stylish, durable and low maintenance materials to create a versatile home or investment property.
Landscape
The innovative and contemporary garden at Henley Court has been designed by the award-winning landscape artist Anthony Paul, who is known for bringing creativity and harmony to his collaborative garden design projects.
The garden has its own discreet seating area. Planting near to the building provides as attractive screen for the ground floor apartments. Restrained and requiring little maintenance, this garden and the other plant display at Henley Court are based on simple plants and palettes that complement the building.
Location
Egham is located within one of Surreys most prestigious residential sectors, close to old Windsor, Virginia Water, Englefield Green and Wentworth Estate. Two miles East from the town, Staines offers a huge variety of shopping opportunities. To the west lies Windsor, with its acres of parkland, castle, cobbled streets, designer shops, bars and restaurants.
Easy Access
Henley Court offers an accessible and sought after location. It is near:
- Three major motorways: M25, M3 and M4
- London Heathrow Airport
- Mainline railway station to London Waterloo in 28-30 Minutes.
It is also just a few miles from terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport, which opened in 2007 to the public and has reportedly created another 16,500 local jobs.
A sound Investment
Henley Court is not only a special place to live but also a sound investment. Over the next 15 Years, a 1.2 Million rise on the population of south-east England is predicted, yet the South-East England Regional Assembly has announced proposals to build at most 640 000 homes over the next 20 years.
This disparity will fuel a further rise in house prices and fall in the proportion of the population who can afford to buy. Rental property will also remain a popular choice for high earners or short-term appointment’s.
It is forecast that the rental property will account for 20% of all UK housing within the next 20 years, making an apartment at Henley Court a promising investment opportunity.
